September Topic: How to Provide Outstanding Customer Service
Speaker: Richard Emery
Come find out what SWAT team negotiations and premier customer service have in common. Customer service is an important part of every business, however, it is an essential part of every property manager’s life. According to a 2015 survey, 76% of customers say they view customer service as the true test of how much a company values them and an estimated $41 billion is lost by U.S. based companies each year due to poor customer service. This month learn how to deliver premier service to your clients and stand out above the competition by providing the best service possible.
Richard is an industry veteran with more than 25 years’ experience in residential real estate. He currently hosts the weekly Internet show Condo Insider and has been a speaker at numerous trade events both in Hawaii and on the mainland. He currently serves as Vice President of Government Affairs for Associa. He is a member of the Community Associations Institute Legislative Action Committee and a director for the Hawaii Council of Community Associations.
