Agent Safety

SentriSmart™ Mobile App Agent Safety Feature

The SentriSmart™ mobile app includes the Agent Safety feature providing an automatic way to alert select contacts in the case of an unexpected or potentially dangerous situation.

How it works: When using the SentriSmart™ app to open a lockbox, the Agent Safety feature will launch. After a set time (approximately 90 seconds, or as determined by the agent), the app will prompt for a status update and will alert your designated your emergency contacts if you do not or cannot confirm you are safe.

For more information, or for assistance, connect with SentriLock (link is external) or watch the set-up and how-to videos (link is external).
