Lynn P. Murison is a Professional Standards Administrator for the Honolulu Board of Realtors. She will be discussing the HBR Professional Standards focusing on current HBR recourses available for realtors. These Free-For-HBR-Member resources include Ombudsman & Mediation as well as tips and pointers on how to avoid being a professional standard statistic.
Daria Loy-Goto is a Complaints & Enforcement Officer for the Regulated Industries Complaints Office (RICO). Her presentation will focus on the “Top 10 Things a Real Estate Licensee Should Do”. Including what a real estate licensee working in the property management field can do to avoid a RICO investigation. She will also provide information on what a real estate licensee should know about Trust Accounts and Trust Fund Accounting.
