The City & County of Honolulu has an app called Honolulu 311 where you can report and track problematic road conditions and other issues in the city. Honolulu 311, soon to be rebranded as HNL311, can be found online at https://honoluluhi.citysourced.com/ and can also be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store straight to your device. Once you are online or have downloaded the app, we encourage you to create an account to utilize the app’s tracking and notification features. Please note that if you do not create an account with Honolulu 311 and submit reports anonymously, you will not be able to utilize the app’s tracking notification features.
