June Topic: Personality Styles & Personal Assessment

Speaker: Beth Holiday

Do you want to better understand yourself and how your style affects others?  Do you want to learn to identify the behavior styles of others and how to adapt effectively to meet their needs?  Would it help you to create a common language that fosters a safe environment for continued effective communication? This luncheon will explore the DiSC system a personal assessment tool used to improve work productivity, teamwork and communication. Use of the DiSC helps people discuss and work with their behavioral differences.

Beth Holiday is a business coach, master trainer and leadership expert who has taught the DISC system to literally thousands of Realtors, students and employees and has helped them to achieve proven business results and increase profitability.  This is a basic introduction to the DISC program, which at the very least will open your eyes to the different personality styles and help you identify your own style.
