Tenants who live in a condo are subject to the Condominium Property Act, HRS Chapter 514B, and the condo association’s declaration, bylaws, and house rules.
Did you know?
If a tenant fails to abide by them, the tenants and owners can be assessed a fine. In some cases, the law may allow the association to collect the tenant rental payment.
