Cathy has been an owner of Callahan Realty, Ltd. for the past 35+ years,

specializing in Residential Sales and Property Management. She has

served on the HAR Standard Forms Subcommittee creating and revising

Property Management forms for the past 14 years.

Current HBR MLS Board President and serves on the HBR Finance and Audit

Committees.

Founding member of the NARPM® Oahu Chapter and held leadership positions the first 13 years of its formation.
